d. Foster leadership, confidence, and empowerment among girls.
e. Build a strong sense of community and belonging.
About Us:
Cricket is a popular sport globally, but there has been a noticeable gap in opportunities for girls to participate and excel in this sport within our community. The establishment and development of a Girls Cricket Club, with the aim of promoting physical fitness, teamwork and empowerment among young
girls, while fostering their passion for cricket. This Barbados Royals Girls Cricket Club will bridge that gap by providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for girls to explore and develop their cricketing skills. This initiative aligns with our shared vision of providing opportunities for personal growth and community engagement.
Establishing a Girls Cricket Club will not only promote the physical and mental well-being of young girls but also empower them to break stereotypes and excel in a traditionally male-dominated field.
